Initial brief
i am going to make a website on the game BFBC2 (battlefield: bad company2). The website will give tips to new players and how to play the game to its best.
Stakeholders
I am the main stake holder in this project, my three secondary stakeholders are Cory, Bradley and Michael. I can get the stakeholders evaluation during class each day. The stakeholders evaluation helps me because it gives me information as to what I can do to improve my website by telling me what is wrong with it.
Key Factors
- time (high) - I must finish the website on time and will fail the assignment
- copyright (medium) - i cannot break the copyright laws because it is illegal
- resources (low) - i must have the correct resources to finish the project
- quality (high) - it must be of a high quality to get a good grade for the assignment
